About Us

Our Mission at Brave Yoga Chelan is to provide a space for healing and a place to meet yourself whether mental, physical, or spiritual while discovering community.

Our yoga and pilates practices offer a mind-body approach to improving overall well-being. A regular practice can help develop self-awareness, manage stress, and build resilience. The mindful breathing and physical postures of these practices can support physical healing, develop strength and flexibility, relaxation, reduced anxiety, and emotional regulation.

We offer a blend of hot and room temperature classes. For our hot classes we heat the studio to 100-105 degrees with infrared heaters. Infrared heaters emit a therapeutic heat that deeply penetrates the body. This deep heat can help increase circulation, relaxation, and energy; relieve pain and inflammation; promote the release of toxins through sweat; and enhance overall skin health.

In addition to our weekly classes, we also host community gatherings, and events/workshops through the Experience Healing Project (EHP) at Brave in a wide range of healing and self-discovery modalities .
