Yoga

Why yoga? — Yoga is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to promote balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey.

  • Hot Hatha 26 — Suitable for beginners or experienced students, 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in the same sequence. This practice leads the student to increased strength, flexibility, focus, and a peaceful mind. Practicing the postures in the same sequence, in combination with the teacher's dialogue, leads the student into a meditative experience. Replicating the high temperatures of India with a heated classroom lead to detoxification through the sweat. We recommend hydrating well, up to 24 hours before class.

  • A traditional, simple yet powerful style of yoga; the original vinyasa yoga. This is a 1/2 primary series led class. It focuses on synchronizing breath with postures throughout the class for a meditative experience. Progressive and continuous postures create internal heat, detoxifying the body and building strength, stamina, and flexibility. Classroom is warmed to a comfortable temperature but the real heat is created within the body throughout the practice.

  • A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in sequence. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

Pilates

Hot Pilates is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines traditional Pilates exercises with high-intensity interval training in a heated room. This class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase cardiovascular fitness, all while promoting mental focus and stress relief. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a safe and effective workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.

Sound Healing

An ancient practice using singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs to achieve balance and harmony in our modern lives. Healing frequencies and vibrations promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase overall wellbeing. Our brainwaves synchronize with external rhythms and can facilitate deep states of meditation and inner peace.

Meditation

Meditation involves training the mind to cultivate awareness, presence, and inner stillness. By focusing and letting go of distractions, meditation cultivates a state of profound relaxation and clarity. Regular practice has been linked to reduced anxiety, improved focus, and emotional resilience.
